Shipping policy

All ZaZa orders ship fast, with free shipping on all orders over $50 and all subscription orders (coming soon)! 

We do not ship any products to Tennessee, Alabama or Idaho. We do not ship any 10mg products to Utah. 10mg THC Seltzers are unavailable to ship in the state of KY. Adult signature is required for all residents ordering THC Seltzers for delivery in KY.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, which includes shipping your items accurately and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for additional information:

Shipping & delivery times

We strive to process all orders within two business day, Monday through Friday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will most likely ship on Monday.

During the holidays or large promotional events, you may experience an occasional order that takes two business days to process.

Note: We ship orders Monday - Friday only. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday. UPS 2nd Day Air orders placed after 2pm will ship the following business day.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Shipping to P.O. boxes is only available through USPS. If you need to ship your order to a P.O. box, please select any USPS shipping option at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships that contains the tracking information for your items. You will also receive a confirmation email when your items have been delivered.

Damaged & missing items

If you receive items that are damaged during shipment, or if you receive items that are not what you ordered, please let us know within one week of delivery and we will make it right. After 7 days have passed from the delivery date, we cannot be responsible for damaged or missing items.
